26 lessons · 2.5 hours · 26 quizzes · Beginner to Pro
A free stock market course from beginner to pro: how shares and exchanges work, how to buy US stocks, and how to read companies, charts and valuations. You then learn position sizing, margin, backtesting and portfolio rules, and finish by building and testing your own written trading or investing plan.
The course runs in 6 sections, beginner to pro: Stock Market Foundations (beginner, 29 min), Funds, Dividends and Global Stocks (beginner, 17 min), Reading a Company: Fundamental Analysis (intermediate, 21 min), Charts, Indicators and Strategies (intermediate, 29 min), Risk, Leverage and Testing (advanced, 29 min) and Pro (pro, 22 min). Every lesson ends with key takeaways and a short quiz, and the last one is a capstone where you write and test your own plan.

No. All the course asks of you: No experience needed: every term is explained the first time it appears; basic arithmetic (percentages and multiplication); a calculator or spreadsheet helps; any amount of money, including none: you can paper trade while you learn.
Yes, once every lesson is marked complete you can print a certificate of completion with your name. It is self-issued from your own progress: a record of the work you did, not an accredited qualification.
